Good high school coaches do more for kids than travel ball coaches. I see the kids more than them it’s my job to develop. It’s my job to get those kids ready for the next step life or college athletics.

I hear a lot of travel ball coaches say “well when she gets in a weight room”. But why can’t she already be in a weight room?? I’d prefer physically ready (& healthy) athletes, too. Stop making them play 12 months of the year. Dec/Jan tournaments? Shame on you
