Fulton County ordered over 1,000,000 EXTRA ABSENTEE BALLOTS without STUBS or ENVELOPES for the 2020 Election and lied about it. The total number of ballots ordered in addition to what was mailed to voters was 1,058,910. This should tell you everything you need to know. Fulton County ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots at the last minute, without envelopes, without stubs, and after they could have realistically been mailed. The "extra" ballots were not ordered for the reasons given, and what ballots from the order that remained after the election were destroyed. For reference, a total of 528,777 ballots were cast for the 2020 General Election, and of those only approximately 148,000 were absentee. The majority of which were sent by Runbeck Election Services directly to the voter. Because of the Absentee Fulfillment Program, there was simply no reason for Fulton County to purchase a large number of printed ballots. Fulton County then tried to conceal the order and denied the existence of corresponding documents. In response to a narrowly targeted open records request, Fulton County returned, "No responsive records." It wasn't until we provided Fulton County's accounting code for the invoice, funding line, and invoice number that Fulton County acquiesced and finally produced the records. The number of additional absentee ballots ordered and received, 1,058,910, far exceeded the total number of Fulton County's registered voters, including both active and inactive. According to the Election Assistance Commission, "EAC," Fulton County's total number of registered voters for 2020 was 836,563, or 113.8% of the Citizen Voting Age Population, "CVAP," 1,058,910 ballots is 126% of the total number of registered voters in Fulton County. Fulton County was required to have 83,656 emergency ballots available, not over one million. Georgia's absentee, provisional, and emergency ballots are indistinguishable. The same ballot serves all three purposes, which is ripe for exploitation. In other words, "emergency ballots" could be used nefariously and injected or cast as regular absentee ballots. Aside from the absurd number, we also know that the ballots at issue were not procured to meet the statutory requirement cited above because emergency ballots were required to be available when the polls opened for advance voting on October 12, 2020. The ballot order was placed on October 16th. Also, the ballots were explicitly ordered with "no stubs," which emergency ballots are required to have stubs for tracking purposes and to prevent them from being used nefariously. Gabriel Sterling also claimed that the ballots were ordered incase Logic & Accuracy testing, "L&A," of the voting machines couldn't be completed before the election as required by Georgia law. Sterling's excuse fails for a number of reasons, but the most damning is that the mandatory L&A testing was not performed before the polls opened on October 12, 2020 for advance voting as established in a preceding section, and the untested machines were used anyway. The ballots were ordered on October 16, 2020, after the untested machines were already in use. Just as explained before, emergency ballots require stubs- regardless of the emergency. The conclusion points that these 1 MILLION extra ballots ordered were most likely used for nefarious reasons and injected into the count for Joe Biden to clear the margin of victory. It is important to note that no other counties are known to have ordered an excessive number of absentee ballots, and both of Gabriel Sterling's excuses would have affected the entire state. Lastly, there's the massive number of ballots. Fulton County inexplicably ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots, or enough to replace eighty percent of all absentee ballots cast for the 2020 General Election for the entire state of Georgia. In yet another surreptitious act, only days after an article detailing the suspect ballot order was published, Fulton County issued a public notice stating that they would be destroying the "excess" ballots imminently. The notice states there are only 284,901 emergency ballots remaining, but Fulton County ordered a total of 1,058,210 emergency ballots. In the notice, Fulton County claims the emergency ballots were ordered as a contingency plan and thus were never needed. If that were true, according to Fulton County's own numbers, 773,309 absentee ballots are unaccounted for. Because a conflicting number of ballots were said to be destroyed, the physical ballots themselves can no longer be consulted to determine the number remaining, and more importantly, the number missing. Fulton County's efforts to conceal the suspect ballot order, the timing of the ballot order, the illogical, massive number of ballots ordered, the fact that ballots were ordered with no stubs, and the destruction of the ballots, raise very serious questions. A massive number of absentee ballots were ordered for no justifiable reason and could have been, and likely were, used to manipulate the 2020 General Election.

Almost Five years ago I was a healthy, very active man in the prime of my life. An artist by heart and soul who had traveled to over 100 countries, maintained peak health and fitness, and ran or hiked miles in nature almost every day. Simple, full, and free. Then on July 21, 2021, I received the Moderna COVID vaccine. I felt it the moment it entered my body. Within days a cytokine storm triggered a rare neuromuscular disease and multi-system damage. I went from the ICU to six brutal weeks in hospital, and nothing has been the same since. Today I am mostly bedridden, confined to my bedroom. I cannot work. I cannot drive. I cannot grocery shop. I can barely walk more than short distances on my best days. I have not left my house further than a quarter mile in years. Every single day I endure ischemic stroke-like episodes, a partially paralyzed diaphragm that makes breathing a struggle, severe neuropathic pain, esophagus and larynx spasms, severe swallowing issues that make eating difficult, severe trigeminal and occipital neuralgia, crushing fatigue, dysphagia that turns eating into an hour-long ordeal, neuro degeneration and neuromuscular disease diagnosed as ALS unspecified, and waves of symptoms that force me to be bedridden. Doctors mostly dismissed me as psychosomatic, anxious, or worse. One diagnosis I had to sue to have removed from my record. I spent over $60,000 chasing every treatment the injured community has tried. Nothing gave lasting relief. I became my own doctor , turning to sunlight, grounding, circadian alignment, nature, and my faith in God, which is what carries me when the body wants to quit. For three years I have spoken out , documenting my journey, writing on X and Substack, calling for acknowledgment, proper diagnostic codes, real care, and accountability for what was done to us. I stand with every vaccine-injured person who has been denied, dismissed, and abandoned. Yet suddenly the story has gone silent. People are no longer talking about the people who became severely disabled after one shot. Support has dwindled. The institutions that told us it was safe have offered no honest accounting. Since 2016, the Mayor of London has been Sadiq Khan, a second-generation Pakistani immigrant and devout Muslim. The current Home Secretary, Shabana Mahmood, is also a Pakistani Muslim. The leader of the Scottish Labour Party, Anas Sarwar, is a Pakistani Muslim. The Mayor of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Lutfur Rahman, is a Muslim. The Mayor of the London Borough of Newham, Rokhsana Fiaz, is a Muslim. 2 London Assembly Members are Muslim. 18 peers in the House of Lords are Muslim. And in 2025, at least 8 ceremonial mayors, who do not wield executive power but whose role is to normalise the Islamisation of Britain, were Muslim. The UK, however, is not only run by its politicians but also by its civil service and the army of administrators at every level of the state apparatus and civil society. Placing a Muslim in charge of Britain’s capital city for a decade is one very obvious way to implement the Islamisation of Britain. Placing a Muslim in the office of Home Secretary is another. Placing a Muslim at the head of Ofsted is another. Other nation-wide Islamic organisations operating in the UK include the Association of British Muslims (AoBM), the British Muslim Network (BMN), the Muslim Association of Britain (MAB), the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) and the Islamophobia Response Unit. In my book I look at how these various Muslim organisations and their financial backers in the Islamic world work together to lobby the UK Government and Members of Parliament to write and pass legislation that furthers the Islamisation of Britain. The most recent example of the influence of such Muslim groups on UK legislation is the UK Government’s adoption of the definition of anti-Muslim hatred and Islamophobia written by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on British Muslims. An organisation composed exclusively of Muslims, including 21 Muslim MPs and 5 Muslim Peers, this APPG is funded by the Aziz Foundation, a charity founded in 2015 by Asif Aziz, a Malawi-born Muslim property developer and billionaire whose company, Criterion Capital, has investments worth £6 billion in Britain, and who, since 2024, has been a tax exile in Abu Dhabi. Another indication of how these Muslim organisations operate closer to the corridors of power — indeed, with the offices stationed off them — is the Civil Service Muslim Network, which lists, among its stated aims, the following: •Represent, support, connect and champion Muslim civil servants across government. •Generate a better understanding of Islam within the Civil Service and challenge discrimination and misconceptions. •Create a network of senior allies who recognise the lived experience of Muslim colleagues and help improve religious literacy and respect. Doubtless I’m not the only British person who cannot understand why such a network should be required in the UK if Britain is still a secular society rather than one, as I believe, that is already operating under aspects of Sharia law modelled on its implementation in Pakistan; or why it should not only be tolerated but given a place in our civil service, except as a platform — one of many built in Britain and largely with the taxes of the British people — for the Islamisation of Britain. As for Muslim organisations operating within our police forces and legal system, it is contrary to the principle of police being officers of UK law, the adjudication of courts over sentencing under that law, and of everyone in Britain, irrespective of their religion, being equal before the law. The two-tier policing of the British people, the decades-long cover-up of the Muslim rape-gang network operating in 149 constituencies that we know of across Britain, and the gross travesties of justice handed down by these courts to Muslim rapists, murderers and terrorists is further confirmation that the UK is, indeed, already operating under Sharia law. Like the UK’s 85 known Sharia Courts, which oversee child marriages in contravention of UK law, these Muslim associations, Muslim societies, Muslim committees, Muslim councils, Muslim non-governmental organisations, Muslim APPGs and Muslim networks have created a civil service, legal system and police force that operates within, but independent from and contrary to, the laws of the UK, which they seek to change through political lobbying of our Parliament and Government. Again, this is consistent with Sections 4 and 14 of Pakistan’s Enforcement of Sharia Act, 1991, according to which ‘Laws [are] to be interpreted in the light of Sharia, and ‘The State shall take adequate measures for the Islamisation of the judicial system.’ Finally — although this list doesn’t approach exhausting the influence of Islam in British society — in addition to these organisations there exists within Britain a terrorist arm with links to the Muslim Brotherhood. This is a transnational Sunni Muslim organisation that was founded in Egypt in 1928 to promote Islam and Sharia Law. Fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood known to be currently operating in Britain include the Cambridge Education and Training Center Ltd., IMA6INE Ltd., Wembley Tree Ltd., Waslaforall, Future Graduates Ltd., Yas for Investment and Real Estate, Holdco UK Properties Limited and Nafel Capital Partners, all of which have recently been proscribed by the United Arab Emirates as terrorist groups. Indeed, most of the organisations I’ve listed here are linked by varying degrees of separation to the Muslim Council of Britain and the Muslim Association of Britain, which themselves have links to the Muslim Brotherhood. It is a measure of how far Britain’s Islamisation has advanced that this organisation operates freely in the UK while being banned as a terrorist organisation in many Muslim countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Syria, Jordan, Kenya, Bahrain, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, as well as in Russia. Extraordinarily, in January 2026 the UAE announced that it was excluding UK universities from its approved list for state scholarships, citing the risk of Emirati citizens being radicalised by the Muslim Brotherhood operatng on British campuses. Universities where networks linked to the Muslim Brotherhood are reported to operate include the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London, Queen Mary University of London, the University of Birmingham, the University of Manchester, the University of Leeds, the University of Bradford and the University of Newcastle. The same month, the US Department of State proscribed chapters of the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt, Lebanon and Palestine as designated terrorist organisations. And there are consequences to harbouring and funding Islamic terrorists in the very country against which they launch their attacks. Six years ago, in 2020, there were 43,000 people on MI5’s terrorist watch list. After the mass migration of half a million Muslims to Britain and more than two-and-a-half years of weekly protests against the war in Gaza, the numbers can only have grown since then. In 2024, Islamic terrorists accounted for 80% of UK police force’s counter-terror caseload. As of 31 March that year, 63% of prisoners in the UK arrested on terrorist-related charges were Islamic terrorists. Muslims have been responsible for 94% of all terrorism deaths, and 88% of terrorism-inflicted injuries, in Britain over the last 25 years. In the last 10 years, the percentages are even higher. One would never guess it from the relentless references to the threat from the mythical ‘far-Right’ by the UK Government and media, but MI5 today lists Islamic terrorism as ‘the most significant threat to the UK by volume’. As anyone who has lived in Britain since 9/11 knows, this hasn’t happened overnight, and we have repeatedly ignored every warning to the contrary, as we continue to do today. In 2006, when the UK was led by the New Labour Government of Tony Blair and net migration to Britain had increased to over a quarter a million a year, the think-tank, Policy Exchange, published a report titled ‘When Progressives Treat With Reactionaries’, in which it argued that the British Foreign Office had already, in effect, become a front for The Muslim Brotherhood. Obama stood at his own presidential center and told the crowd the Founders “fell terribly short” on slavery while leaving the rest of the story on the cutting room floor. He didn’t mention that slavery wasn’t some American invention. It was practiced for thousands of years across every continent. He didn’t mention that white men ... and 360,000 Union soldiers who mostly never owned slaves ... were the ones who actually ended it here through a brutal civil war. He also didn’t mention what Thomas Sowell has documented for decades: more whites were brought as slaves to North Africa than Blacks were brought to the United States and the 13 colonies combined. At least a million Europeans were enslaved by North African Muslim pirates between 1500 and 1800 alone, with some still being sold on auction blocks in Egypt years after Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation. And while we’re on the subject of modern reality, the Global Slavery Index reported roughly 7 million people living in modern slavery in Africa in 2021 ... about 5.2 per 1,000 people. That’s not ancient history. That’s right now. So why is the only acceptable story the one where America is uniquely and permanently stained, while the far larger, longer, and ongoing global record gets memory-holed the second it complicates the narrative? I'm a cardiologist. Something just happened today that I genuinely did not see coming — and it could change the future of preventive medicine more than anything I've written about on this platform. Midjourney — the AI company that became famous for generating images from text prompts — just announced a medical hardware division and unveiled a working prototype of a full-body scanner unlike anything that's ever existed. It's called the Midjourney Scanner. And it works like this. You step into a shallow pool of water. You stand on a platform that slowly descends — about two inches per second — through a ring containing roughly half a million tiny ultrasonic transducers, each the size of a grain of sand. Every one of them acts as both a speaker and a microphone, sending ultrasonic waves through your body from every angle and recording what comes back. 60 seconds later, you step out. The scan is done. No radiation. No magnets. No claustrophobia. No IV contrast. Just sound, water, and an almost incomprehensible amount of computing power — roughly 2 petaflops processing 17 gigabytes per second of raw acoustic data — reconstructing a 3D map of your entire internal anatomy down to half a millimeter resolution. Organs. Tissues. Blood vessels. Bones. Muscle. Fat distribution. All segmented by AI in real time. As a cardiologist who has spent months writing about how the standard screening playbook misses the majority of future heart attacks — this is the technology I've been waiting for without knowing it existed. Here's why this matters for the future of your heart. Right now, getting a detailed look inside your cardiovascular system requires either a CT scan (radiation), an MRI (magnets, claustrophobia, 45-60 minutes, $1,000+), or a coronary CT angiogram (radiation, IV contrast, limited availability). These are powerful tools. I order them regularly and they save lives. But they're reactive. You get them when something is already suspected. They're expensive. They're uncomfortable. And for most people, they happen once — maybe twice — in a lifetime. Imagine instead: a 60-second scan with no radiation that you could repeat monthly or quarterly. Tracking cardiac structure over time. Watching body composition shift. Detecting changes in organ size, fluid distribution, or vascular architecture before symptoms ever develop. The first location — the "Midjourney Spa" in San Francisco — opens at the end of 2027 with 10 scanners alongside saunas, cold plunges, and a gym. The scan costs a few dollars. The experience is designed to feel like wellness, not medicine. The technology is built on Butterfly Network's ultrasound-on-chip platform — 40 modules per scanner — combined with Midjourney's own AI segmentation and reconstruction stack. David Holz, the founder, claims the system aims for image quality comparable to MRI in many aspects but at nearly 100x the speed with zero radiation. Now the caveats — because I'm a physician and the caveats matter enormously. This is a Gen 1 prototype. About a dozen people have been scanned so far. Current scan time is actually closer to 20 minutes, not 60 seconds — the system is bottlenecked by bandwidth and reconstruction algorithms. The 60-second target is aspirational for future hardware generations. It is not FDA-cleared for diagnostic use. Midjourney is starting with body composition maps — a category below diagnostic imaging in the regulatory hierarchy. The path from "beautiful 3D body scans" to "clinically validated diagnostic tool that your cardiologist can act on" runs through years of clinical trials, comparative studies against MRI and CT gold standards, and FDA review. No independent clinical validation has been published. The imaging claims come from Midjourney's own demonstrations. Comparative data against established modalities does not yet exist. And the privacy implications of full-body internal scans at planetary scale — a billion scans per month — is a conversation that hasn't even started yet. So I want to be precise. This is not ready for clinical medicine today. It may not be ready for years. Many ambitious medical hardware projects have failed in the gap between prototype and product. But. The fact that a working prototype exists — producing real segmented 3D anatomy from sound waves and compute alone — means the physics works. The engineering works. The question is no longer "is this possible" but "how fast can it be validated and scaled." And if it is validated — if the resolution holds up against MRI, if the AI segmentation proves reliable, if the regulatory path clears — then what we're looking at is the most significant new imaging modality in 50 years. For my entire career, preventive cardiology has been limited by the fact that seeing inside the body is expensive, slow, uncomfortable, and infrequent. We catch disease late because we image rarely. We image rarely because imaging is hard. A 60-second, no-radiation, spa-based full-body scan that costs a few dollars would demolish every one of those barriers. I've written about AI detecting inflamed arteries. About gene editing curing cholesterol. About GLP-1 drugs rewriting metabolic medicine. About cellular reprogramming reversing aging. This is the missing piece: the ability to see inside every human body, routinely, safely, and affordably — so all of those interventions can be deployed before the disease arrives instead of after. The company that taught AI to generate images from imagination just built a machine that generates images from the human body. The future of medicine showed up today from the last place anyone expected.
