🧵7/8: So working with @SamuelJohnTayl1 we found that GR-LSO's were enriched for the A/T-Rich motif and then found that in a Dex-resistant cell line, Dex+DB2313 increased sensitivity. There is lots more data in the paper for you to explore, so check it out rdcu.be/dZB01

Myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia are characterised by RTK gene fusions. Some translocations can be missed by conventional cytogenetics. @QThillo et al identified a rare SART3::PDGFRB fusion using novel molecular techniques onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.11… @CHG_CME
