We are extremely upset and frustrated customers who purchased 8 ACs in the last 2 years and trusted Panasonic as a brand. Zero maintenance, zero accountability, and the poorest service experience we have seen. We now want a complete AC replacement right now

It has been over a month and still no action has been taken by Panasonic. No proper resolution, only excuses. Our AC is completely not working and despite multiple complaints, there has been no proper support from the team.

@PanasonicIndia Very poor service experience. Our AC is not cooling and is leaking from the compressor. This is affecting our daily work seriously.
