@qatarairways The service is totally unacceptable. The website is totally non-friendly, there is no online chat, there is noone to take the phone calls. We would expect a better crisis response plan from such a company

@Merseybirders @qatarairways We've cancelled our @qatarairways flight and they've offered a "full" refund. Rebooked for next weekend with @TurkishAirlines via Istabul. Although today's flight was cancelled!

@qatarairways we are currently in the Maldives and are due to fly back on 3rd March. I have contacted @TUIUK and they have said it's up to you to rearrange our flight. I have tried clicking on the DM but it isn't working. Do we go to the airport as planned.
