Sometimes markets do not HAVE to go anywhere. This is the volatility model I showed in my Trading Sardines book. I used it to buy or sell straddles in OEX options "in the good old days". Right now it says to still stay short vol - this market has a ways to go before it winds back down to equilibrium again.
