@Wellness_Tosin The wedding day is about the greatest day any lady will witness in her lifetime. Nothing is too much to make this day memorable and exciting so far it's done within the limit.

I stepped out very early this morning to style a bride's hair. Her Asoebi ladies were up to 15. Towards the end of my service there, two of the ladies started fighting. At first we ignored until it became quite intense. We had interfer. During the course of trying to settle between the ladies, i found out 12 of them were rented. Like just three of them knows the bride personally. The rest were paid to do Asoebi ladies. This one shock me o 😂 So, people rent Asoebi ladies for wedding? To what end exactly?

@Bennie_Saiki @ifeoluwaare @Wellness_Tosin Like I don't get it. What exactly is the benefit of having people where uniform and dance in a queue for you? I have never understood the concept and have no interest in partaking. Just a bridesmaid is enough.

A man sat next to me at a roadside restaurant, staring at his phone, smiling nonstop. Curious, I asked, “Good news?” He said, “Yeah my daughter just sent me her first salary.” I smiled and said, “That’s beautiful.” He nodded, then went quiet for a moment before adding, “She told me to buy something nice for myself but I think I’ll just save it. I still remember when I couldn’t even afford her school fees.” A few minutes later, his food arrived. Before touching it, he took a picture and sent it to her. Then he whispered, almost to himself, “At least now she knows I’m eating well.” That’s when it hit me. Some parents don’t need repayment. They just need reassurance that all their sacrifices meant something.

My father's best friend was a man called Uncle Bayo who disappeared from our lives without explanation. I was 12 the last time I saw him. He came to our flat in Gbagada, argued with my father in the bedroom for an hour, and walked out without saying goodbye to me. My father never spoke his name again. Neither did my mother. Uncle Bayo became a silence with a shape. Twenty-six years passed. I was in Philadelphia for a conference. A networking dinner at a hotel downtown. Across the room, a man about my father's age caught my eye and held it too long. He approached me during dessert and said my surname like it was a question he already knew the answer to. We sat in the hotel lobby until 2am. He told me the story my father never did. They had started a construction company together in the early 90s. It had failed because of a contract dispute with a senator. The senator had paid only half the money and refused the rest. The debt had crushed them. Uncle Bayo had blamed my father for trusting the senator. My father had blamed Uncle Bayo for not reading the fine print. The friendship had shattered. Two men who had been closer than brothers had become strangers over something neither of them could control. Uncle Bayo had moved to America after the falling out. He had built a new life, a new business, a small contracting firm in West Philly. He had married a Ghanaian woman and had two daughters. He had never returned to Nigeria. He had never called my father. He had assumed the silence was mutual. I asked why he approached me now. He said he recognised my face because I looked like my father at 30. He said he had been waiting for decades to see that face again, to explain something that was never about betrayal. He said the argument had been about shame, not money. Both men had felt they failed each other. Neither had known how to say it. I called my father from the hotel room. It was 3am in Lagos. He answered on the second ring, voice thick with sleep and alarm. I told him who I was sitting with. The line went quiet. Then my father did something I had never heard him do. He cried. Not softly. The kind of crying that comes from a place words cannot reach. Uncle Bayo flew to Lagos 3 months later. They met at the same flat in Gbagada. They sat in the same living room where the argument had happened. They didn't re-litigate the past. They just sat together, two old men with white hair and matching hypertension medication, and let the silence heal. My father died last year. Uncle Bayo spoke at the funeral. He said the greatest thief in life is not money or failure. It is the belief that there is always more time. Call them. The debt is not theirs. It is yours.

The Condom got stuck in her pussy for three days. One day, I was having sex with one of my exes. I had already cum, but she hadn’t, so I kept going until she finally did. My dick had already gone soft, though. That’s when I noticed the condom had slipped off, but I couldn’t imagine that I had actually used my big Dick to push it inside her pussy. After we were done, she tried to remove the condom but couldn’t find it. We couldn’t call anyone, so we started trying everything we could think of. She even drank about three bottles of water so she could get pressed and maybe it would come out. Unfortunately, she got pressed, but the condom still didn’t come out. I was suggesting she go to a clinic so they could remove it, but she refused because she’d be embarrassed, It was three days later, when her period came, that it finally came out on its own.

I’m a married woman. I don’t know what sex feels like anymore. My husband has refused to touch me for 2 years. He goes out however he likes while I stay home with our children. I have begged him, spoken to his mother and my mother about it. He promises to change but nothing happens. Sometimes I dress sexy to bed hoping to wake up to a hard dick, but my husband is either outside or on his laptop. I’m tired. I threatened to buy a dildo and he said it’s fine as long as I’m happy. I’m tired of bottling all this inside. I don’t know if I can handle temptation from other men in my DMs, but I want someone who will give me tangible money after sex so that when I get caught, I would have saved enough to leave the marriage without begging 😢😢 That’s my plan.

DO YOU WASH YOUR NEW CLOTHES BEFORE WEARING THEM⁉️ Before you wear that new shirt, here's something worth knowing. New clothes often have that crisp look and "new smell" because of the chemicals used during manufacturing and shipping. Things like formaldehyde help keep the fabric wrinkle-free, bright, and protected from mould or bugs while it travels for weeks or months in containers. Your skin absorbs small amounts of what it touches, especially when you sweat and your pores open up. That's why some people get random itches or rashes from unwashed new clothes. It's not always visible dirt. It's leftover residues from dyes, finishes, and preservatives. Washing new clothes before the first wear is a simple step that removes a lot of those surface chemicals. One good wash can make a big difference and make the fabric much friendlier to your skin. It is not about being paranoid. It is just smart. Especially if you have sensitive skin or are buying for kids (don't even joke with this). Carefully wash it or throw it in the washing machine (for those who have one), and you will feel better wearing it. INALEGWU.

Update Amebosss: So there was already a man in the bus with a very big speaker. A few minutes into the journey, this man started blasting music loudly 😭 Even my wristwatch was warning me about the noise level, but I won’t lie… I was enjoying it after a long day 😂 Next thing, one toothless lady just stood up and started shouting at him to turn it off. She even moved close to him and I thought she wanted to fight 😭 The guy just looked at her and said, “fuck off.” She replied.. “Yoh fuck off mate” you guys need to see the way she was moving close as if she was bigger than him😔, Omo, this guy stood up. Me self fear, he was so huge.. madam jsut factory reset herself and went back to her seat😭 In my head, “Ah ah… small stand chase you like this? With all that gra gra?” 😭 Before I could blink, another guy from the front came like Jet Li. “You fucking dickhead, turn off that music! Right now, you’re disturbing everyone!” Me: You and who is everyone, am I complaining🙄 Our speaker guy replied, “oh you shut up, dickhead.” The guy walked up to him and before he could say a word, our terminator(speaker man) spat on his face.. That was how the fight started. The bus driver parked at the bus stop and said everybody involved should come down… But nobody moved an inch 😭 The driver looked at them, sighed and said“fucking hell” and drove off 😭 These people continued shouting and almost throwing hands inside the moving bus. After plenty of drama, he finally turned off the speaker and everywhere became peaceful. You think it ended? 😭 One girl now started playing music on her phone… Our Terminator got triggered again: “SHE’S PLAYING MUSIC TOO!” 😭 Jet Li and Bruce Lee replied, “It’s not as loud as yours.” Omo… he turned his own back on 😭 Me: this man forefathers must be from Ekiti or ijebu cos why so stubborn 😩 The whole bus became chaotic again. Omo, I just I jejely got down and used my leg to complete my journey 😔 Na family matter

I can't help but imagine Denzel Washington on the pulpit, preaching. The service is already two hours past closing time and, people are slowly try to reach for the doors… He raises a hand. “Hold on… hold on just a minute! Where are you going? Oh! You thought it was over? You thought you could sneak out? No. Not today. Not on my watch. We’re not done until every last soul in this house feels the Spirit move. You sit down. You listen. You worship. We go six hours past closing time if we have to. I said it!” The congregation freezes. They shuffle back to their seats. The choir hits another note. And Denzel? Calm, intense, unstoppable. Keeps preaching, commanding the room, owning every second. Church ain’t over till i say it's over. Not today. Not ever.

I worked 20 years for a child sex trafficking rescue group. I want you to know this: 90% of Lost Children Are Found Within 30 Minutes. That statistic should both comfort you and wake you up. Most lost children are found quickly. But the ones who aren’t? They usually made one mistake. And here’s the uncomfortable truth: It’s often the exact thing most parents teach them. We tell our kids: “If you get lost, come find me.” It sounds logical. It sounds empowering. It’s WRONG! The Mistake Most Lost Children Make: When children realize they’re separated, they do three things almost automatically: They panic. They wander. They try to find you. Every step makes them harder to locate. From a search standpoint, movement creates chaos. Parents retrace their steps. Security scans zones. Staff lock down areas. Search works best when movement stops. When a child keeps walking, they move outside the original search radius. Helpers are looking where they were last seen — not where they’ve wandered. Stillness increases probability. Movement expands the problem. The first lesson is not “go find me.” It’s this: Stop. Stay. Yell. Why Stillness Wins: Think like a search team. If a child stays put: Parents can retrace steps. Security can scan systematically. Helpers converge to one fixed location. The search radius remains small. If a child keeps moving: The search area expands. Adults pass each other. Missed connections multiply. Minutes stretch into hours. Stillness keeps the math on your side. Teach Them Who to Approach: The second mistake we make as parents? We say, “Find an adult.” Not any adult. Not the nearest stranger. Children need a filter. Teach them to look for, if at all possible: A mother with children. Caregivers who already have kids with them are statistically among the safest people to approach in public settings. They are visible, stationary, and more likely to engage quickly. It’s a clear, concrete instruction. Children don’t process vague categories like “safe adult.” They process visuals. “Find a mom with kids” is visual. A Phone Only Helps If the Number Is Known: We often assume phones solve everything. They don’t — unless your child can use one. Even young children can memorize a 10-digit phone number with repetition. But you must train it. Practice it like a song. Sing it in the car. Chant it at bedtime. Turn it into rhythm. Repetition becomes recall. In an emergency, recall matters more than theory. The Code Word Rule: One more layer of protection. Choose a private family code word. Something only your household knows. If someone approaches and says: “Your mom sent me.” Your child asks: “What’s the code word?” No word. No go. This simple rule eliminates manipulation attempts instantly. It gives your child agency without requiring them to evaluate character. Real Safety Is Training — Not Luck! We don’t get safer by hoping. We get safer by practicing. Teach: • Phone number • Code word • Stop, stay, yell • Find a mom with kids Multiple skills. Simple instructions. Clear visuals. Five minutes of training can replace hours of panic. This isn’t about fear. It’s about preparation. Because when a child gets separated, the clock starts. And what they do in the first minute determines what the next thirty look like. That’s real protection.

Back in 2011, I went into computer hardware repairs. I started with laptop chargers. I remember peeling back the rubber, soldering wires, and always staring at that weird plastic bulge on the cable. It didn't look like it did anything, but it was on every single high-end charger I fixed. I used to wonder if it was a hidden battery or just a weight to keep the cord from tangling. It turns out, that little lump is the unsung hero of your workspace. It's called a Ferrite Bead, and its only job is to act as a silencer for your electricity. See, every electronic device is naturally noisy. They send out invisible electromagnetic signals. Without that cylinder, your charger cable would turn into a giant antenna, broadcasting interference that would make your Wi-Fi slow, your TV flicker, or your speakers buzz. Inside that plastic shell is just a chunk of magnetic iron. It catches all that electrical noise and kills it before it can escape the wire. It’s basically a muzzle for your cable so your gadgets can live in peace. INALEGWU.
