@Alexsei88 So because, VRFB needs more square meters for kWh installed than lithium, I don't see special implementation in the near term. That's only the Spanish situation and also my view. I don't know about other European countries and especially China.

@Alexsei88 That is Solar energy, thrown away because there is not enough demand. That makes Spain perfect for batteries, but for now I only hear about lithium technology. In Spain the environmental permits are detailed, and people are mostly against batteries.

For the first time in history, renewables met 100% of global electricity demand growth in 2025. Every new TWh the world consumed last year was covered by solar and clean sources fossil fuels added nothing net to the growth equation. In 2001 almost all demand growth was fossil fuels. By 2025 solar alone is carrying the load. ⚠️But this happened the same year Hormuz closed and reminded the world that electricity generation and liquid fuels are 2 completely different problems and renewables solve just 1 of them. You can solar-panel your grid. You can't solar-panel a 747....

What I like about these potential domestic tungsten producers is that I’m sure they would get a nice premium valuation. Especially the first few. Also the US is working with EU on price floors which would de-risk producers. If I made any mistake, let me know!

Tungsten demand is exploding, CICC forecasts 20K MTU deficit by 2028. 85% of production happens in China while they’re also importing more than ever and keeping their tungsten in the country. The US? 0 domestic producers. But some companies are trying to change that 🧵

@Alexsei88 Why do you think the Vanadium batteries are going to gain so much importance? As far as I know Lithium batteries are the ones installed in the renewables field.
