@WillErker The back side has a mana cost. Does that mean that the back side is castable directly?

GAgirl1967 Jesus brings freedom from sin!
I say 35 years is reasonable. That’s lenient compared to what he could have gotten and the sentence he handed down to Austin. I honestly don’t know but my guess is he won’t last 35 years in prison. Let this be a lesson to everyone, if you commit murder it’s illegal and you’re going to go to prison.

@fandompulse We did not want the original casts aside from an occasional cameo. And I think we all understand that RDA should get to enjoy retirement.

Richard Dean Anderson, who played Colonel Jack O'Neill across 8 seasons of Stargate SG-1, speaking at a fan convention in France just days before Amazon cancelled the revival: "The new producers, the new owners, want to have their own entity with that franchise name attached to it. So they'll have all new characters. They haven't asked me to be a part of it, and I'm glad they're not putting me on the spot to make it awkward to say, possibly, 'No.' I'm the old guy!" He dodged the awkwardness of saying no. Amazon cancelled it anyway. Is the version of Stargate fans actually want — with the original cast — the version no studio will ever make?

What do you suggest for a simple replacement for the YouVersion Bible app on IPhone? One that doesn’t host fraudulent translations.

Definitely worth a watch, even if you disagree. Very well-researched and thoughtfully executed episode.

Fifty-nine years ago today, an American Naval vessel, the USS Liberty, was attacked by air and sea by the State of Israel. Of the 234 men on the ship, 34 Americans were killed. 171 were wounded. Today, Thomas Massie will take to the House floor to memorialize the worst interpretation of the event, an interpretation that suggests Israel attacked the American ship on purpose and that our own government either coordinated with them to do, or is complicit in the cover up. The USS Liberty has become a rallying cry for many of the worst voices in public life. From the Groyper Wars against Charlie Kirk, to Tucker Carlson’s blackpill-and-despair political project, to Candace Owens’ global jihad of grift and Jew hared, the Conspiracy Theories surrounding the USS Liberty have become one of the most respectable ways to advance anti-Israel and anti-American sentiment. But what really happened on that terrible day in 1967? How can we know what’s true? And what does it mean for us six decades later? Conspiracy Theorists love to overwhelm you with the sheer volume of their claims, but there are 8 claims which makeup the core of the argument. We thoroughly address those eight in this episode, and shine a light on the phenomena that undergird these Conspiracy Theories in the first place. Here's an honest accounting of what happened on June 8, 1967, and how — and why — bad actors are lying to you about it:

Mormons teach that God used to be a man, just like us, that he earned his way to godhood, and that we too can become a god. This is not Christianity in any way. This is literally just the same lie the serpent told Eve in the garden. “…you will be like God…” Gen 3:5 churchofjesuschrist.org/study/manual/g…

@PrimeVanguardX @LizzieMarbach @CatholicInUtah Nicaea merely clarified what was already being taught and broadly accepted at the time. Church fathers centuries before Nicaea taught aspects of the Trinity and that's because there are many scriptures pointing to the Trinity.

When Protestants interact with LDS they be like: “You are not Christian unless you accept the definition of God not explicitly stated in the Bible that came from a 300 year debate that was authoritatively settled by Catholic Bishops.” LDS: “So you’re Catholic?” Prot: “No. The Catholic Church is the church of the devil and the Pope is the antichrist. But you must accept the Catholic definition of God to be Christian.”

@BasedMikeLee Because, unlike every Christian denomination, Mormonism rejects the triune God

Notice it’s no longer called the “young” women’s leadership summit? Because they’ve completely lost the youth since Charlie’s passing. This is RNC-lite. It’s now the Hags-Nagging summit with donors occupying speaking slots to lecture women about how it’s “biblical” to not question anything. Turning Point no longer has anything to do with Charlie Kirk and the whole world knows it— including them. No spark. No energy. No debate. Frankly, stale.
Matt Tucciarone@tucciarone2026

Dana Loesch went full meltdown on stage at the Women’s Leadership Conference. Waving Scripture like a club, screaming mad, turning the whole event into a bashing fest against anyone questioning the narrative—especially Candace Owens. This wasn’t leadership. This wasn’t TPUSA. It was a straight-up feminist takeover mocking God to keep their story alive. Real leaders build. This was just division in heels. Weak.
