@WoSSCrypto and why 10 ... because its a nice round number. No thought or work into what ratio would make the most sense even if you wanted to do this, nah 10 ... because it feels nice. 🤣🤣

Of all the stupid policies politicians dream up primarily to win votes, and there are many, the 10:1 pay ratio for CEO's has to be the single most ridiculous one I've seen in a long while. It appears the UK is going to be choosing between two really bad options. Carlin was a man well ahead of his time.
Politics UK@PolitlcsUK

🚨 NEW: Green leader Zack Polanski will call for policies to end the "affordability crisis" tomorrow - The introduction of a 10:1 pay ratio, whereby the highest-paid employee earns no more than ten times the lowest-paid - Free school meals for all primary and secondary pupils - Universal energy bill support for households and stronger rent controls - A customs union with the EU to cut business costs

@Razer @minliangtan Fixed your advert on behalf of all left handed gamers who continue to be removed from the privilege of the latest mice tech because buttons on both sides makes it too heavy for the poor little e-sports pro's who don't have time to train their arm strength. Thanks

@WhiteHouse Dont be sidetracked by this distraction. Just remove these people from power they clearly arent fit to have any sort of power. They only post this because theyve failed to deliver anything good so started a war instead but they are the problem

@WhiteHouse There's a special place in hell for you. The lack of moral fibre makes you literally the worst people on this earth. Its not big or clever or funny. Karma will run its course as it always does. In a few years no one will miss this administration and your legacy is nothing.

@WhiteHouse I guess the death of your own US soldiers is just a meme / joke eh as well? America this is how your president and its administration cares about his own people dying, its just a bit of fun. You literally mean nothing to him.

@0xChiefy Its good to see so many people still think it goes to 100k+ from here ignoring wave structure. Thank you for your service, i'm assuming you are all trapped with positions above 100k and just holding and praying for "the bounce" which you wont exit into.

Bitcoin has just entered the FINAL bull trap of this cycle. We’re literally mirroring the 2022 chart right now, and $BTC will dump to $44K in 10 days. Position accordingly.

@nice_investment @0xChiefy What absorption sir? Etfs show clear outflows for the last 4 months in line with recent price decline. Its not absorption its just selling via a different vehicle. 50% decline frok the top so far, wave structure implies another move down coming.

@0xChiefy The 2022 comparison is interesting, but the liquidity environment today is completely different. Calling for a drop to $44K ignores the massive institutional absorption that wasn't there during the last cycle.

@lima_lemon17431 @0xChiefy Context is different naturally, but despite your reasoning btc has still declined over 50% from its high with a wave structure typical in a normal bear market. A downward trend is confirmed. If price cannot hold above the 74.5k low another wave down makes total sense.

@0xChiefy Looks similar visually, but the context is completely different. 2022 was a credit-collapse bear market with forced selling. Now you have structural buyers (ETFs) and accumulation, not distribution. Price patterns repeat .. liquidity regimes don’t.

It annoyed me more than it should have when I was accused of being an AI this evening. I'm aware — because I've been told often — that my writing style is often overly academic and difficult to follow, particularly for non native speakers. I've tried to soften it somewhat, but apparently that now flags me as a robot with some of the automated AI detectors (like @pangramlabs). In my brief delve into the detector logic, it seems these detectors use generalised models that monitor for atypical vocabulary, clarity of message and clarity of structure. Words like "delve", "comprehensive", "testament", "subsequently", "utilise", and "moreover" (plus others) are considered a robot. I use these, generally, as standard. I also structure my responses for cleanliness of message to subsequently land the points I want to cleanly. This presents a different kind of risk asymmetry than I generally hypothesise — not one of market risk, but for individuals whose writing matches these patterns, apparently like me. These software detectors facilitate Ad Hominem dismissal of content holistically, in place of reasoned debate. It makes it easy for those incapable of addressing points made on their merits to dismiss the points entirely and holistically by "playing the man instead of the ball". This is, clearly, an issue for intellectual honesty and open debate. It's an age old tactic. But an infinitely frustrating one for long form writers like myself. On the plus side, I've learned this evening not to be so quick to dismiss content flagged as AI generated by clearly flawed detectors that operate on generalities and sell them as absolutes — the very issue I raise constantly as detrimental to market participants and that here, punishes vocabulary and structure. Moreover, I find it's probably best to dismiss these detectors entirely and rely on my own instincts regards what should be responded to, and what shouldn't. This is my Sunday PSA. — WoSS

@Frogcoded69 @BobLoukas Remember the millennium bug that was going to wipe put pc's? Welcome to millennium bug 2.0. The assumption is that controls amd security wont move with the technology is a false one. For every doomsday argument there is a counter being generated alongside it.

"Gold added Bitcoin’s entire market cap today”, all over the feed. Who cares? The buyers moving tons of gold certainly don’t. These narratives are cyclical. It’s all about the timing, not cheerleading someone else’s party out of hope. What it does show is that when Bitcoin’s turn comes, the path to truly silly and outsized numbers is no longer fantasy.

@better_holland Probably nowhere near soon. But sadly markets also trade on hope/fear and it doesn’t seem like dispelling that fear will be easy. Or understanding it.

@browomo What kills the average retail trader is a lack of a plan or strategy and a lack of consistency and lack of risk management. Without those you will never make profit. Yes algorithms will take people out you just need to have a good enough system to not be in the majority

A Polymarket bot developer mass deleted his code last week. I found his Reddit confession before it disappeared. I'm done. Not because the money stopped. Because I can't sleep anymore. He built prediction algorithms for 3 years. Made $2.1M. Then wrote 47 paragraphs explaining why he's walking away. The part that haunts me: Every time you place a bet, you're not competing with other humans. You're feeding data to systems that learned your patterns months ago. Your hesitation. Your favorite markets. The exact moment you check your phone after news breaks. We have all of it. He described the architecture: Layer 1: Sentiment scrapers reading 140,000 tweets per minute. Before a rumor becomes a headline, the position is already built. Layer 2: Exchange bridges. The bot sees BTC move on Coinbase, calculates Polymarket impact, and executes. Total latency: 80ms. Your finger hasn't touched the screen yet. Layer 3: Behavioral modeling. They know retail traders panic-sell at -15%. So they push prices to -14.8%. Wait. Then buy your shares at discount when you finally crack. The worst part? We call regular traders yield. Not competitors. Not opponents. Yield. Like crops we harvest seasonally. Stop being yield: thetradefox.com/?ref=JUSTBLAZE He ended with this: The only retail traders making money are the ones who stopped trading. They just copy the wallets that copy us. I read it three times. Then I deleted my indicators. My charts. My strategy. Because there's no strategy against someone who sees your cards, knows your tells, and moves before you think. There's only one play left: Stop being yield. Start being a shadow. They spend millions on infrastructure. You spend nothing. They take the risk. You take the same entry. They do the math. You copy the answer. In Polymarket, you're either the algorithm or the agriculture. Choose. Not financial advice.
