@Quagslime @robbierocket7 @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus I don’t see what’s wrong with asserting that preferential voting is problematic seeing as it always leads to the same problems. You can disagree with that but there’s a big difference in election denial and judging a retarded system.

How broken is our democracy?
Labor wins 38% of the vote and walks away with 70% of the seats in South Australia
The silver lining is Millennials 🧡 @OneNationAus
Sky News Australia@SkyNewsAust
One Nation is the most popular party among Millennials for the first time ever, as young working families feel the squeeze from rising cost of living. skynews.com.au/australia-news…

Australia is headed for economic collapse
Unfortunately though the Treasurer Jim Chalmers, is being two-faced with us. Read his public comments over the last week - then look at what he said in private yesterday….
March 17 “We are well placed and well prepared with faster growth than any major advanced economy, low unemployment and solid wages growth.”
March 19 “We have faster growth, stronger jobs growth and lower debt than every major advanced economy.”
March 20 “We are strong and resilient” and “well placed to confront global instability” “with strong economic fundamentals” and a “well-capitalised banking system”
By Tuesday at Business Council dinner Chalmers came clean
He said that Treasury’s earlier “doomsday” modelling (released in the preceding week, which projected scenarios like inflation spiking above 5%, GDP losses of around $16.5 billion by 2027 in a prolonged energy shock, etc.) may prove too conservative if the conflict escalates or persists….
What an about face

@stuartpowell Your “evidence” is copying a response from grok? 🤦

The wind turbine uses more energy in its construction that it gives back in the whole of its working life. You are being conned - there is nothing green about wind turbines.

Net Zero Lunacy This concrete-filled monstrosity is underneath every wind turbine in our once green and pleasant land !

@PaulVau97741544 @JbarutJames @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus Would you change the lower house to become multi-member electorates?
English

@PaulVau97741544 @JbarutJames @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus You want to change the lower house to be proportional representation too?
English

@bowtiedstocks The cocoa in the chocolate on the shelves now was purchased when the prices were high
English

@PaulVau97741544 @JbarutJames @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus Because it’s not the voting system you’re complaining about.
There are 47 districts in the SA House of assembly.
SA also has an upper house, the Legislative Council, and it is elected by proportional representation.
So what do you want to change exactly? And why?
English

@Quagslime @JbarutJames @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus How does adopting a better voting system change the country?
English

@PaulVau97741544 @JbarutJames @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus So you want to tear up the constitution, and make a new country?
English

@robbierocket7 @Lisa9Sophia @OneNationAus Any insults from a Labor supporter like you means jacks shit. You have directly contributed to the raise in cost of living and plummeting of social cohesion. You’d have to be mentally deficient to vote Labor.

@Cassandrasl99 It’s one of the American road rules I think is actually good. We should import it.
English

@nads3999 @en_jeade @skkoopman @TonyHWindsor @AntonyGreenElec @wheelreinvent So - scrap the constitution and start again?
English

@en_jeade @skkoopman @TonyHWindsor @AntonyGreenElec @wheelreinvent Do you think the people of Dubbo identity with the people in Sydney.
The States mean fuck all to Australians.
English

Australians will tell you there’s no propaganda here then turn on the TV to watch @AntonyGreenElec tell them that this sort of thing is fine
Wheel reinventor@wheelreinvent
An electoral system that can produce this result from these preferences isn’t a democracy, it’s a corrupt joke
English

@nads3999 @taipan168 So you think the 47 districts in the SA House of assembly should be abolished by a single electorate called “South Australia”?
English

@taipan168 Over 42% of South Australians voted for a right of centre party and only got only 5 seats.
1 in 10 voted for the Greens and got zero representation.
