A little late in the day but a snapshot of March #guestchef Delighted to welcome Rob, John, Luke and Rosemary to #ucscollegegroup for their inaugural visit. Thankyou @SomersetLarder for the loan, it was a little different to their day job feeding 11,000 😮

He has done it!! Anyone who has joined us in the last four years will know Freddie. He studied with us gaining his Level 3 Professional Cookery, at Distinction, and we just couldn’t let him leave. He progressed onto a Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship and achieved this week!!
