I’m extremely disappointed with @0G_labs Galxe and Starboard. I put in a huge amount of effort created many posts that got 1.1k–1.2k views yet they weren’t counted even though I manually submitted the links myself. Strangely whenever my rank dropped by 10 points only lower-view posts would get counted. My rank was 105 and I had over 38,000 Aura and then suddenly a filter was applied and I was removed from the rankings. I’ve only ever used one account yet my appeal wasn’t accepted. Support said they were off for Valentine’s Day and asked me to wait until Monday. Tickets weren’t even being submitted. This whole experience has felt unfair, non-transparent, and like a complete waste of my time. If anyone else has faced the same issue, please comment and tag Galxe.
