@BackFootBabyCut @CarriePrejean1 AND THEY SHOULD, because they do not want this to go to trial. They want the judge to rule that there is no probable cause, so they should fight EVERY piece of evidence tooth and nail.

@BackFootBabyCut @CarriePrejean1 Not true. It is true that the defense does not present their own witnesses at a preliminary, but they are completely within their rights to object to and cross examine the prosecution's evidence.

@BackFootBabyCut @jhouse678 @CarriePrejean1 There's no reason you'd straight up plea guilty before a judge rules probable cause. You might get off on a technicality somehow. Keep your mouth shut until it's definitely going to trial. Then enter your plea.

Murder trials rarely have this much evidence of this quality. Literally everything. Footage. Confessions. Multiple witnesses. DNA. Means. Motive. Opportunity. Everything.

@BackFootBabyCut @CarriePrejean1 My understanding is that the parking garage footage showed a rear plate but not a front, but I haven't looked into this in detail. The Candy cult was complaining about the exhaust pipes last I looked. Utah law does not require front plates.
