I’m disappointed in @peoplevfood for this New Orleans episode. The boudin ball dry and served with a sauce. Why was the one in the video green? The etouffee was dry and served with a pound of rice. The gumbo was red! The catfish poboy had a single thin piece of fish on a hoagie.
