WuWa is made in unreal engine 4, one of the last version of it.
Genshin is made in an almost ancient version of unity by now.
What you can do on both engines is not comparable.
Also flashy doesn't mean better.

@Synthronix_ @PrinzDeadlock the only other m1 that comes close is infernus but ven is still better, has insane scalings in his kit, strong at every range with ult and shotgun, extremely oppressive in the side lane, wave clear, melts objectives, strong mid boss contest with traps and shotgun

@Sandzz42 @shadowrkz Again I don't know about mobile but on PC it's smooth as hell with a lot of VFX in combat. Plus i get 120 fps on max setting without dlss (since the game doesn't support it), something that cannot be said for wuthering waves

This has been the pattern since launch. Single character patches sit around 80-90 pulls. Why is it only an issue if its before the anniversary?

Last year we got limited 139 pulls with weapons pulls included, including apology. 2.2 has 90 pulls.
This year we got limited ~154 pulls and 2.3 had 87 pulls
