9 hours gone now @TheRAC_UK and despite being told an hour ago a truck had been allocated for around 5-45am I have just spoke to someone that tells me this was never the case. I will now lose a day at work thanks to your pathetic service.

So @TheRAC_UK it it now 7 hours since I called at 9pm on a Sunday night. It is now 4pm Monday morning. I have an estimated tow at between 6.30am and 10.30am 4 people in the car have work before 9am. Shocking service. This surely can’t be a busy time

@TheRAC_UK RAC Insurance, what a joke. You took £390.95 from my account without authorisation, and a week later I’m still waiting for it to be returned—despite being told it would be. I’ve now spent 1.5 hours on the phone across 3 calls and I’m no further forward.

@TheRAC_UK Absolutely disgusting behaviour! Taking duplicate payments out of customer bank accounts knowingly and then customer service stating it’s tough, it’s a glitch in our system we know but we don’t care if it’s taken payment out f your bank account TWICE, that’s Fraud!!!!!

@TheRAC_UK Your customer care team - which cares so much it is open five hours-a-day, weekdays only - has a level of service so poor I can't find the words. All I can say is it is entirely consistent with the service I have had from the RAC in recent weeks. Fix my complaint.

@TheRAC_UK shocking service my wife broken down at the side of the road on her own in the dark chucking it down with rain and it takes 4hrs for somebody to get to her, we wont be renewing that membership

@TheRAC_UK you seem to condone the worst customer service in your messages. I explained the issue to the advisor not expecting him to say “I’ve done all I can on the phone, so I’m terminating the call” . No wonder you wanted to keep it to direct messages.

@TheRAC_UK rang you to say I’d broke down, managed to pull over. RAC said they’ll attend with knowing the exact wording of the fault that came up. Fault only come up when car is moving, RAC told me to move the car - now been blocked a road for 3 hours - still no RAC arrived!
