Do not use @QuestDX . I was just at the Little River Rd office in Annandale, the phlebotomy tech was rude & hateful. The appt was scheduled by my health provider and the tech—she refuse to tell her name, see photo below—demanding I explain why I was there before assisting.

@QuestDX does not support disabled patients. Their offices do not have supervision or management on site and patients are subject to the unsupervised emotional whims of the staff. Horrible place to received medical services.

@QuestDX I just got a bill for $2300 because insurance that I don’t have didn’t pay. I can buy the same test on your own website for $300. I called to see if I can get an adjustment. Your two workers on the other end told me quest never has made an adjustment ever and doesn’t do it even though your website says you have a patient advocate program and do billing adjustments when I question them about it. They hung up on me. You want me to put the recording of the call of your racist employees online or can you get somebody to actually handle my issue?
