The experience I've just had with @bookingcom has been completely beyond the pale. A hotel cancelled my 2-night reservation because my flight got cancelled and I could only make it to the 2nd night. Am now stranded without a hotel, and Booking claim they can't get me a refund.

Fyi @bookingcom charges you more when logged in. Despite what they may tell you, they are absolutely increasing prices. Also the genius levels do not reduce prices. It’s gamification designed to make you spend more. Call the hotels for best prices. Sick of being ripped off
