This is my essay on what it feels like to close a church.
It's easily the most emotional thing I've ever written.
It tries to weave together the increasingly large platform that I've built with the declining church that I was called to serve.

Sizable persuasive advantage to targeting! Pooling across the 2 issues, targeting was ~70% more persuasive than single-best message and >200% more than naive.
But NO return to *micro*targeting - targeting using 2 or 4 characteristics was no better than just 1 char
