@RokuSupport I need help with distorted sound from a streambar. Please advise.

@RokuSupport The sound from my streambar has always been distorted and crackling since I purchased brand new from Amazon early last year I believe. I have performed the factory reset a number of times and that doesn’t fix the issue. At last check, it was updated with the latest software.
