Here we see two high profile Open Source people (Red Hat & GNOME) discussing the problem with what they call “MAGA/Linux”. Discussions like this have been increasing among Open Source organizations and projects lately. They are very upset that “MAGA/Linux” is “gaining traction”. What, exactly, is “MAGA/Linux”? The definition seems vague, but you’ll see words like “XLibre”, “Lunduke”, & “OpenMandriva” regularly associated.

@Evil_Mog Some of you never installed Unix in the 80s and it shows. Pre-Internet.

@LundukeJournal ArchLinux was the first to implement systemd, extremely prematurely too, breaking systems. So this isn't really a surprise to me. They are Rule Followers™

The Arch Linux Core Dev Team is asking r/ArchLinux sub-reddit mods to censor people unhappy with Age Verification in Arch. It appears that Arch Linux considers criticism of Age Verification to be a "Code of Conduct" violation. From an r/ArchLinux moderator responding to a censored user: "I got a DM from much higher up the chain asking me to remove it. Whilst I technically don't answer to them, I do respect their wishes. They don't like someone they consider as part of the core dev teams being called out like that. What you did broke the Arch Linux CoC."

@LundukeJournal So it's time to leave Arch Linux and go back to good old Gentoo - was there for many years and will now go back. Seems Arch has made a bad decision 🤬

@CryptoTRoute @LundukeJournal Supposedly there are many autists in Linux-land, but look how many bought into DEI, Ukraine, girls coding, COVID vaccination, pronouns, etc. As a whole they are deeply troubled, and I say this as a day-to-day Linux user.

This guy’s show is basically the whatever podcast bringing on the dumbest girls they can find to prove how dumb girls are. Misrepresenting the veteran community for clicks and revenue, so he’s probably a great guy.

I am begging someone, anyone to clean up the disability fraud in the VA. This guy was a Navy reservist who went to school for the Government and got out after 2 years with disability benefits for anxiety and depression. This has to end.
