Season 2 dropping on Thursday, a quick look at the PvP realms in US and EU for faction balance... Aaaah, ok that feels good. Things that could be improved? For sure! The balance at max level and the balance between people who *actually* engage in PvP is going to be different. But for a first stab at just balancing active characters on the realm, two months in, not bad. Super proud of this one, this started as a hair brained idea after a conversation with @AggrendWoW about never actually biting the bullet on trying a faction balancing system and I had a nutty idea to try and pull it off with minimal effort and large payoff. Within a week (we were only two weeks out from SoD launch!) we managed to turn this around with the help of two heroic engineers and the Classic QA team.

Sadly no, PCTs feel wrong for a seasonal realm and FCMs have a habit of ruining realm health/balance. We are likely (potentially temporarily if everyone hasn't lost their lust for Living Flame-EU) to open character creation their again 1-2 days after Phase 2 launch for those that are desperate to re-unite with friends.
