Forensic auditor BDO India said the company gave them NO invoices, NO customer data, NO ERP access, NO journal records. And still the stock traded freely on NSE/BSE for YEARS. This isn’t a SEBI failure. This is a SYSTEM designed to fail; selectively. Under Modi govt: ED raids opposition politicians for ₹10 crore. ₹15 LAKH CRORE fraud? Took 5 years to even file an interim order. Two sets of rules. One nation, multiple laws; depending on who you are. 🔴 Ask yourself: Which party’s DNA runs through India’s gold sector policy? Who gets Fortune 500 photo-ops? Who gets raided? The answer is hiding in plain sight.
