Finally, we're here

Markets are hot, here are some of the things that have caught my attention recently👇 AI Agents Agents are at the forefront of everything right now, from entertainment, education to even doing things for you on chain, to me it really feels like we're in a DeFi Summer equivalent for AI agents. We've seen Memetic Agents - @truth_terminal Entertainment Agents - @0xzerebro Alpha Agents - @aixbt_agent Infra Agents - @ai16zdao Launchpad Agents - @virtuals_io Now we're seeing newer novel stuff come out, a few interesting ones are: @Thales_ai bringing agents to do on chain activity @AVA_holo bringing 3D models of some of your favourite NFTs, memes and agents to life AI in general is pretty damn exciting, you have so many sub-sectors, it's still pretty crazy to think that AI's total market cap today is only around $70b My bet is still on $TAO, it's the L1 and AI in one. Can't even keep up with the sheer number and quality improvements happening to subnets. Upcoming network layers A lot of attention has been on @HyperliquidX recently, which has been well deserved following the biggest airdrop of the cycle so far brining wealth to so many people, it's so nice to see the insane things crypto can do to people. Talking about $HYPE, the ecosystem is getting a little more interesting with more builders bringing something to the chain. There are a few liquid bets you can make already - one of them I'm most bullish on has to be @validaoxyz who will benefit from increased AUD once staking goes live. Naturally, attention whilst still on $HYPE is also going to what other network layers will do. We're about to see $MOVE from @movementlabsxyz with their Move based EVM come to fruition as well as their TGE. I think there will be some nice airdrops going around for those who played around with testnet and more! I think we're also fairly close to @berachain (obviously the one I'm going to be most excited for) but I don't think that'll be this month unless Smokey has a surprise for me. Some chains are possibly a little under the radar and I think they are the ones like @initia, again, pretty soon, but I'm not sure exactly when. Can the chains do anything like what we've seen with $HYPE? No, but will there will be wealth effects and big opportunities, for sure, starting with $MOVE, then $BERA, $INIT and then many many more! The DeFi renaissance I am so happy DeFi is catching a bid, even though as a trader/investor, my portfolio isn't DeFi heavy by any stretch of the imagination, it's still the sector I love and build in. It brought a smile to my face seeing the OG's, your $CRV, $CVX, $FXS, really perform well after 3 years of max pain. (I'll farm them now as the yields have gone pretty nuts on their respected protocols!) - Don't own any and don't plan to add to my portfolio. As we've seen, the strong DeFi coins continue to perform well, @aave, @pendle_fi and co including the newly available $MORPHO from @MorphoLabs are ripping. I'm still very excited about the innovations coming form @Uniswap's V4 and with that, the hooks coming from protocols such as @bunni_xyz. Rehypothecation, programmable liquidity, offt, this is so hot. (I've got some $LIT bags). I do like the innovations we have this cycle, derivatives especially, super nice seeing the success @GammaSwapLabs have had so far, options really are sexy again. Some very novel new products with IL hedging instruments are pretty exciting. Maybe 0dtes will take it to the next level! Bitcoin The elephant in the room, we hit $100,000, to me this still feels surreal, hasn't really sunk in actually. Bitcoin has survived so many catastrophes over the last decade and a bit, yet here it stands today. With BTC's on going rise, we've seen the expansion of the ecosystem under it. Yield generating tokens to begin with and these have grown massively over the last few months! @babylonlabs_io @SolvProtocol @Lombard_Finance and many others I still am enjoying some of the SolvBTC strategies on BTC, especially with @ethena today given how juicy the yields are now. Real yields + BTC makes it way more interesting. On that note, have seen on going improvements to derivatives, again as mentioned above, @alkimiya_io looking to soon release a market to trade Base L2 fees. There's some thing about exotic markets that I just really enjoy speculating on.
