My fear is that most Americans hear the word fascist and they just tune out. My other fear is they’ve become so desensitized to Trump’s behavior and rhetoric that they don’t fully understand the consequences of a second term. We’re at that part in the disaster movie where the crazy, wild-haired scientist tells us we’re gonna die and we’re like, eh, it’s probably not that bad … when it is actually that bad and the meteor indeed will strike.
