One of the most humbling experiences a designer can do is to try and launch their own product. You learn real quick how much obsessing over the small details will keep you from progressing.

@JayDwivedi_ I noticed a lot of PM's that are getting into design and prototyping tend to do this.

Design Tip: Don’t jump straight into designing the first solution the moment it “clicks.” Sit with the problem longer - push, sketch, question assumptions. Better ideas show up when you give them space. I’ve been stuck on the Kree8 2.0 testimonial section for two days, and today I finally found a crazy, fun way to show it. You’ll love it.

@aryanlabde Its all about user research. Understanding user problems, conducting user research, and testing with users should be part of the process, not something you do afterwards.

Your product won’t sell itself. Yet most founders: – Keep “adding features” – Hide behind “it’s not ready” – Avoid talking to customers Stop building. Start selling.

@stemonteduro You just got to force yourself to wake up earlier. Once you bake that into your daily routine, the rest is easy.

Without moat: data, integrations, or UGC, your AI wrapper will fail. If you're expecting to price low and win, the AI model providers you're using are already winning at this costly strategy.

@thatguybg No idea but I'm all for it. It gives me the opportunity to work on problems outside of saturated corporate office tasks.

why is like 80% of the entire agent space focused on daily email/calendar digests and meeting prep

I noticed that designs (especially dashboards) in real life mostly look nothing like the average "twitter concept"

@d4m1n Yeah, I love coderabbit but agree sending PR comments to chat was a bit clunky. I guess one big plus is the CLI can now be agent agnostic

trying it for a longer time and will let you know 🫡 In a team scenario it's cool to have this to review other people's code. The PR review extension is really solid, but it was a lot of back and forth with the IDE. This seems to solve that, let's see. could do a video comparing some of these, wdyt? Maybe the github copilot vs Cursor vs Claude vs code rabbit PR reviewers 🤔

@R2_fieldworks @nizzyabi How do you know they’re AI related? We had layoffs before AI existed, getting a software engineering position isn’t as easy as it was 4 years ago. It’s a regular business cycle. Economy grows and then it slows down.
