Is the non-response because you are now slacking 1 on 1 with someone else discussing my reply? Or is the non-response suppose to somehow mean you agree? Imagine just ignoring people like that in real life when they talk to you?

I love when there is zero acknowledgement to the answer/replies I post in slack. Like, are we good? Does that make sense? Should I elaborate? Are we or are we not on the same page here? It makes my anxiety go through the roof!
