In HS a College told me they offered me bc a rival MCC Coach recommend me after playing vs De Smet. He didn't have to do that. I'm paying it forward w/ other MCC/STL athletes. @HeaNiko @BryanBradford13 @PercyNoMercy314 I'm letting all worthy colleges know that you all are dawgs!

@czuppons In any profession it’s ok to be in disagreement and criticize when needed. As we provide and conduct an evidence based approach ,we should provide an evidence based feedback, share it with the patient and the previous provider. #PTfirst #PTmonth #EvidencebasedPT

Working with @Link3Rec @NottinghamRoko on posterior chain strength, single leg balance & controlling rotational movements. Great ex. 2challenge #hamstrings & also as an injury reducing ex. b4 training. Also an example of ex. Ryan Fraser Mayb doing. Great 4 #ACL Rehab2 @BenDinnery

@ACLrecoveryCLUB Thank you @ACLrecoveryCLUB. I agree, things can go wrong and in many cases they do. Proper training can facilitate adaptation and traction time, which translate to immediate transition from abnormal position ( when things go wrong ) to normal/safer position d/t better reaction.

@RACESTL I believe in prevention programs & the work of advocates like yourself. I just think in the heat of sport you can get unlucky & step wrong while cutting, or reacting, or landing, etc. There’re a ton of variables & I get that. Thank you for telling me my opinion is wrong.

I believe that strengthening the muscles around the ACL can help with prevention, but I think non-contact torn ACL’s (which makeup about 85% of them) are simply a case of bad luck.

Attention all high school girls in the Stanford area!! 🚨 There is a really important study being conducted at Stanford on the female athlete triad. This is a one-time commitment that can help you learn the risk factors and further research on the topic! 💗🏃🏼‍♀️
