@TheRAC_UK The most disgusting service for a roadside recovery, 4 different ETAs, none delivered & now waited 10 hours & now a third party recovery to come which, if arrives (questionable), would take it to 12 hours. Unbelievable incompetency. @TheAA_UK one to note. Single woman.

Big shoutout to the @TheRAC_UK for leaving me stranded on the side of the A5 and then only after 7 hours moving me to an empty service station with no amenities only to be stranded once again. This is hour 10 of being stranded thank RAC 👍

@TheRAC_UK I am a 22yrs girl hit a deer in middle of nowhere on a country road at 9:30 yesterday evening. It took them 4 hours to arrive and I paid them £520 to recover me home. Telling me now it will be 7/8 different stops and likely to take a day and a half. Discusting service!

@RAC_Care I will. Thank you. It was a desperate situation for him being stranded for many hours on a busy road in the dark and chill of the night. He is deeply distressed. The help that eventually arrived said that he should have been a category 3 not 5.

@TheRAC_UK shocking customer service. Made sure the auto renewal on my account was turned off as I was due to be away and wanted to look at options on my return. You’ve taken my money anyway. Called up and been told I need to pay a £25 fee for cancelling. Not impressed.

@RAC_Care i have this level of cover through my insurance. my car broke down but i couldn’t connect to the RAC so i had to pay a private tow to a garage - it needs to be moved from this garage to another, is this covered?

@DannyCowanVO @TheRAC_UK Ouch! 😫- we broke down in Swindon once. They didnt bother sending a patrol out. Instead at 04:00 they sent a taxi to take us home. Then at 13:00 the same day we had to get a train back to Swindon to rescue the car… 🤦‍♂️ we’d been there since about 2300 the night before.
