@SkyHelpTeam Hi - I’ve not received a response from my original tweet last Thursday regarding my sky channels which are not working. Currently showing an error saying “please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up” we’ve checked and cleaned it lightly and hasn’t worked.

@edfenergy well - that was really helpful….not. Basically, this is our policy and so what we sat in your £640 for over 6 months and didn’t review your account as it was only 11 months old and not 12 months! The end. I’ll be moving come august.

@edfenergy Work this out. you’ll refund me £640 for over payments made over a year on my dd. Simultaneously you will put up my dd by £40 a month whilst there’s a £160 credit🤔. how much interest is EDF and other energy companies making by overstating customer dd..? Free cashflow!
