@SwiggyCares Even I had raised a ticket on this and your executive sent me a mail saying your account has been suspended and cannot reactivate,there's no explanation given why the account is blocked and to send this email they took more than10days. There's no proper customer support at all

🚨 SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST Swiggy 🚨 Swiggy previously unblocked my account, and now my family members’ accounts are BLOCKED without any reason. 💰 ₹70,000+ money STUCK across both accounts ❌ No unusual activity ❌ No transactions for the last 1 month ❌ No warning, no explanation This is not just about me. ⚠️ Hundreds of users reporting the SAME issue ⚠️ Some have lakhs of rupees frozen ⚠️ Wallet balance + active memberships held hostage This is NOT a technical glitch anymore. This is SYSTEMIC NEGLIGENCE. Why is a company allowed to block accounts arbitrarily and sit on users’ money? Is this how customer trust is treated under the leadership of @harshamjty @phanikishan ? 🚨 Swiggy Blocked Me for 5 Years — X Got It Unblocked in HOURS 🚨 My Swiggy account was blocked for 5 YEARS with zero explanation. Tried everything: CEO mails, Grievance Officer, NCH, PG Portal, local govt bodies… All useless. Then I posted on X. 👉 Within HOURS I got a call. 👉 Multiple approvals taken. 👉 Account finally UNBLOCKED. They still don’t know why it was blocked — “system info limited”. Wild. I had wallet money + membership left too — they’re checking that now. And the craziest part? Himanshu’s account also got unblocked & he got his ₹60,000 wallet balance back. This happened ONLY because of X. Nothing else worked in 5 years. Thanks to everyone who boosted the post — you made this go big.
