@OnePlus_IN, @onepluscareIN,@oneplus Oneplus has been pining and refusing to repair my phone's display panel free of cost (though a free replacement scheme is ongoing) citing unauthorised replacement of display from the second hand market 2 years ago. Attached are 2 pictures

@OnePlus_IN green line issues.
2. Had your service centre levied reasonable charges, the display would have been replaced at your service centre. But you wanted to fleece customers and charged 25000/-.
3. If your display was of excellent quality none of this would ever have

@OnePlus_IN happened. Which customer wants to pay 25000/- after buying a brand new OnePlus and using for just one year! You are hiding behind the excuse of unauthorised service of a substandard display panel in OnePlus phones and not extending free replacement scheme ongoing now.
@OnePlus_IN Why unauthorised service was done? Reasons:
1. Your display panel was sub standard then and now. You realised it late and decided now to replace it free of cost because you didn't want customers to migrate to other brands because of OnePlus mobile's rampant screen..
@onepluscareIN What a waste of time and effort in trying to resolve an inherent screen line problem of a Oneplus 9R within 1 year 1 month of purchase! Just as the 1 year warranty expired. Is that all there is to its life? No resolution seen even after escalation! What a mindset!
@OnePlus_IN I am sorry to say that your customer care writes very long apologetic but insensitive mail to loyal customers without any intention to help a customer whose phone had a display problem within a year and 1 month of purchase. Denied a warranty and now a free replacement
