Disappointed with OnePlus support. My Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC had issues, and OnePlus approved a replacement request and picked it up. Now they're refusing replacement and haven't provided a refund either. Both my product and money are stuck with OnePlus. #OnePlus @oneplus

Absolute mental harassment and fraud by @OnePlus_IN! Today I am exposing how OnePlus treats its flagship customers. This is my A to Z nightmare with my OnePlus 11 5G which is in pristine, scratchless condition: 🔴 May 4: Officially requested a battery replacement. OnePlus logistics completely failed to arrange a simple battery at my local Bhuj center for over 2 weeks! 🔴 May 16: my screen suddenly developed a Pink Line and a Green Line out of nowhere. A known manufacturing defect! 🔴 The Harassment: Calling support shamelessly asked me to travel 400 KMs to Ahmedabad at my own expense. When I refused, I shut my business and traveled 35 KMs to the local center. 🔴 System Manipulation: Instead of fixing it, the center refused to give a proper job sheet and only registered a 'Parts Shortage'—a basic entry they could have done over a phone call via IMEI! They demanded I surrender my primary business phone for days without a standby device. 🔴 Corporate Lies: On Saturday, an agent called and explicitly lied that the "Device Upgrade/Voucher policy is closed" just to deny my legal rights under their lifetime screen warranty. 🔴 Blatant Discrimination: Yesterday, the center confirmed OnePlus 11 screen stock arrived but said, "It's for 4 other users, your device is left out." Why this partiality when my shortage was registered? 🔴 Endless Lies & Ghosting: For the last 3 days, they only spam automated bots in DM. Today morning, support promised a senior callback in 1-2 hours. Waited all day, nothing! Called again now and they shamelessly say, "We will call tomorrow." Official emails (support.in@oneplus.com) are bouncing as 'Mailbox Full'. This is not customer service; this is a well-planned scam to exhaust the consumer! I have already updated all these proofs in my active National Consumer Helpline (NCH) case.
