@LukeScreamHNF @nestapendragon Indeed, I make most of my decks 100$~ range because I find the deck building more fun. I also still recognize the card can snowball on even lower power decks at times. Just always have a grudge to expensive cards people see in Cedh and put it into their deck for no real reason

@RArmstorng @nestapendragon Nah of course not, youre talking to someone who build crap decks for the sake of following a theme, but i recognize the strenght of the card nontheless

I feel like I never see esper Sentinel anymore! It used to be almost every Commander game started with one. Are they just too expensive now?

@LukeScreamHNF @nestapendragon Yeah but is it worth spending 50ish$ if you're low power groups to draw another "ramp" card or one of your pet cards? I wouldn't say its worth it,

@RArmstorng @nestapendragon early turns players cast rocks and ramps, thats when you want the draw the most so you are more likely to curve out

@nestapendragon It honestly fine but arguable just not worth it in lower power cubes with a lot less noncreature spells are played. Unless your cubes filled with spell slinger decks that all wanna play on everyones turn.

@nestapendragon I mean Cedh or power level 5. But Cedh is high power win by turn 3+ if not turn 1. This is just an easy White draw a bunch of cards. Most normal commander games who have you ever seen cast spells on someone elses turn during the first few turns?

@RArmstorng @nestapendragon Commander and EDH are the same format. When WotC took over EDH, it was officially rebranded to Commander.
