@RBEhotels Absolutely disgusted, my 7 month old son was admitted into A&E last night. We tried to cancel our booking and get a full refund and were given a rather rude no. Won't be using any of your hotels ever again!

@RBEhotels I wanted to book at your Heathrow hotel on the stay and park for 15 nights deal however due to flight times/time zone we would need to leave the car 16 nights is this a problem? TIA.
