@Hotwire Booked a hotel through Hotwire, got there and they had NO rooms available. Spent 3+ hours on the phone getting transferred between departments and even to Expedia multiple times with no real help. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. #Hotwire #CustomerServiceFail

I’ve booked countless trips through @Hotwire including one next month with my brother-in-law who died unexpectedly on Tuesday. This is how long I waited on hold today before being disconnected. 1 hour & 18 minutes and then it just hung up. Unacceptable.

@Hotwire spent an hour, 20 transfers (sometimes circular) & that horrid muzak trying to get a res cancelled (within the window). Website has a bug that wouldn't allow it and it didn't even show up in the app. I'm a hotwire user/fan but this was a damn nightmare. Please do better.
