@FNBSA so you guys created an app that even the branch consultants cannot unblock when it's blocked. I installed the FNB extra ewallet and secured my ewallet. I have the pin but it doesn't want to withdraw, telling me "this service is temporarily unavailable" Branch cannot help.

@FNBSA says they don’t know why my bank statements suddenly have an address I don’t know, I never authorised it and their FULL answer is “we don’t know how”

I am not so happy with the service I am getting with my case. I have been going to the branches every day since the 25th of March to no assistance. I need this matter put to rest.

@Rb__sa I can't send a private message maybe it's because I'm not verified. I have the same phone number and same ID numbr on both ewallet extra and on fnb account but I can't transfer the money on ewallet to my bank account.The customer service said it might take up to 7 days yo unblock

@FNBSA your cut off times are ridiculous. How and why does it take 24 hours for an amount to reflect if sent at 6am? Yet if it’s sent at 9am it takes 3 to 5 hours. Please advise!?!?

@FNBSA since when does pending transactions affect available balance? I made last transaction and the balance after that transaction suddenly changed this morning with no new transaction and i am not talking about “balance” but available balance
