As someone who has been through and passed Developed Vetting, I can assure you that it is an incredibly rigorous (and expensive) process.
The professionals involved in our vetting work to the highest standards. Rightly so.
It is absolutely fundamental to our national security.
Overrule or ignore it because of cronyism and the whole system comes crashing down.

@DanNeidle Totally with you on this Dan. All politicians should morally pay the correct amount of tax. If Raynor’s advisors got it wrong, it’s down to her. If Tice’s company got it wrong, it’s down to him.

We certainly don’t know if additional tax paid by Mr Tice and his offshore trust made up for his company’s failure to pay tax.

What an incredible set up Whitstable Town have, it’s ready for Step 3.
