@cokezeroperson @DylanBurns1776 You can't just say negotiate like it's a magic button they can push. Putin has been clear, if Ukraine doesn't exist as part of Russia, they will make sure it doesn't exist at all. Ukraine has caused serious damage to Russia's navy and and ability to sell oil.

@cokezeroperson @DylanBurns1776 Zelensky has offered to negotiate multiple times. Russia offers an ultimatum, then walks away if he doesn't outright agree to it. Ukraine cannot destroy Russia, but it can cause enough hardship to give them more leverage, especially given enough support.

Should check your math. $187b appropriated, only $109B has been disbursed. $15b of which went directly to American companies for DOD replenishment, $31b went to USEUCOM and EU EDI, and just $18.2b has been disbursed under "Ukraine security assistance". The remaining balance of $31b went to the same economic fund, of which went to food aid through wholely American controlled Agencies. @cokezeroperson @DylanBurns1776 The ceasefire deal early on was that Ukraine reduce its military membership by half, reduce its armaments, and Russia gets to keep its occupied territories. Russia offered ceasefire deals to other countries they invaded, then used the peacetime to build up arms and invade again.
