Two load centres will remain off until access has been granted during dayshift. The outage is due to a cable fault. We will keep customers updated on developments. Load limiting is designed to manage electricity demand safely and fairly. Customers are urged to switch off non-essential appliances to avoid inrush current and network overload. For isolated individual calls and any other electricity-related queries customers are advised to log calls on citypower.mobi or call 011 490 7484.
