@RDC0792 @City_Joondalup I have cameras; anything I may be implicated in would be too obvious. If a council vehicle was damaged, if someone was injured (we live in a cul de sac near a school) or acar crash (it's just past a corner), the council couldn't blame anyone. He's working within their rules.

Neighbour taking the absolute piss out of @City_Joondalup by moving their car a little every 2 days while still parking behind our driveway. Rangers have visited but CoJ can't do anything if he exploits their rules. 1/3
