@atjames88 @Biggles1972 He has. Next season there needs to be further development but the development from the dross of last year is a significant improvement and missing out on playoffs isn't the end of the world as long as it's the foundation for more. Next summer is the time to judge

The constant close ups of Richie Murphy on screen, are the acts of a TV director wanker. They only show him when there's an error, Tough result, but he has done well with the squad he has & they play nice ball, but he needs a few heavy hitters in to make a difference. #MONvULS

@rbarnett08 This was bang on mate. We were losing contact frequently and trying to play out and making mistakes. Don't think it made any difference to final outcome but hopefully developed the game intelligence of a few. Pretty aggressive demonstration of the gap sadly

Fair play to Montpellier, I think they would give Leinster a very decent game. Ulster have to find some way of producing a pack that can get close to the size and power of a typical Top 14 pack. Until you can at least cope with the size, you're always going to get run over sadly

Additionally, we have to sort the scrum this summer. We can't seem to get a cohort that can stand up to the demands of anybody above average, or the demands of a full rugby season If there are no Irish options, we need to go abroad. Killing us in so many tight games for too long

A pretty pathetic first 60 from Ulster. Rallying from a position of seemingly no hope against 14 men shouldn't be considered in review. Couldn't match Leinster B's intensity, intelligence or physicality whilst the game was alive. A real backward step. #ULSvLEI

Level of punditry on Amazon is shockingly low at times. Sturridge I don't mind, but cod psychology nonsense dominates far too much of what comes out Rooney and Seedorf's mouth. Fowler is a hero, but he's less analyst and more supporters reflector.

Hopefully not his last major, but 6 starts to feel closer to the total Rory should have for his talent. Freewheeling Rory could be fun for the next 5-10 years
