@SunPass_FDOT I'll also add the bill I received YESTERDAY said I had until April 6th to make the payment. Please explain how you obtained my card information and who authorized you to take that payment as it was not me - the only person with access to do so.

@SunPass_FDOT Hi SunPass!I had an unauthorized transaction taken from my account today, and I'd love to speak to someone about how my new credit card information was obtained by SunPass. My account says "cash" as my form of payment - and I just received a paper bill yesterday.

@StubHub I should have never been able to buy the tickets given the event was cancelled, and have had zero help in rectifying the situation. The organizers have a disconnected number, and cannot contact you. #legendsandiconsfest

@StubHub I've been reaching out for a refund to no avail, for an event that has been canceled. Customer service has been subpar, and you still are allowing sellers to sell tickets to a sold out event.
