100% the FCC was limiting his speech. The FCC has been limiting its speech since its creation. Its not a 1st amendment violation when they do limit speech cause they run public airways, if you don't want to follow their regulations, then don't be on public airways, go on cable or satellite.

You do realize that gas prices in major oil producing countries is cheaper than non oil producing countries, right? Yeah its a global market but thats still the case. Canada has cheaper prices than Europe, why's that? Why is Germanys price at the pump $2.34. According to you, producing oil means nothing cause its a global commodity
