What rights do men in our country have when it comes to cases like this if our own judicial system is rigged to the max.

He was just a 16 year 4 months old boy when he had to marry this 25 year old woman under compulsion He filed for annulment of marriage She sought maintenance from him He told the court he's an engineering student dependent on pension of his widow mother himself He is 22 year old today and the woman is 31 But the court said even a daily wage labourer earns 12K, 18K so why can't he and that being a student is no excuse not to pay maintenance Widow pension his mother receives is 3000 Maintenance he now needs to pay is 2500. Which means he must earn while attending his college. But this 31 year old woman can't as per our courts Absolutely the GREATEST laws of our country @ekamnyaay
