My wife went for her pal almost 2 years ago. Roughly 25% of attendees didnt speak English or barely did. I read a post on x about a guy based in Calgary, his son went for his pal and half the students barely spoke English. He looked into it and apparently this is common. I havent been to a range in years, has anybody seen recent immigrants at ranges? I haven't seen any shooting down fsr's in popular gravel pits.

PAL/RPAL: I’m a Canadian born citizen. I’ve never committed a crime. After almost 50 years, I decided to get my firearms license. I had the references. I studied. I had my background checked. I took the tests. I did everything right. Why TF are temporary foreign workers, or any non-citizens cleared to obtain their firearms license?
