We’re one week away from REI’s Anniversary Sale, and we’re seeing an outpouring of support from Co-op members speaking out online about how they’re ready to boycott REI! 🧵👀

ICYMI, we recently stopped by a trash cleanup outside the Denver REI store! A longtime REI member and Denver resident, Len, had a decisive message for @REI about how their union busting and bad-faith bargaining “makes me never want to step foot in an REI ever again.”

BREAKING: The REI union is asking customers across the country to boycott the chain. The workers of @reiunion have been trying to negotiate a first contract for 4 years. They're tired of the stonewalling and union busting. Now they're escalating, and asking you to join them.

After meeting with @REI to try and reach a deal for a first contract, they left us with an offer that told us one thing: they will stop at nothing to bust our union. Here's our coworkers talking to @MorePerfectUS about why were now moving forward with a boycott this month:
