@FBN_help @cenbank I made a transaction on the 10th of March with my ATM card which was successful, I was debited and on the 11th, I was debited again of the same amount. Please Reverse the Money.

@FBN_help I made a transaction on the 10th March 2021. I used my ATM card to make a payment via POS and it wasn't successful but I was debited and I tried again and the second one was successful, amount being 1,750 Naira. It's been over Week now and the money has not been reverse

@FBN_help The First transaction was unsuccessful and was indicated in the receipt that the money will be reversed but the Second One was successful.

@FBN_help I made a payment in a supermarket using my Debit card, I was debited 1,750 twice, the first was declined and was indicated that it will be reversed by @FirstBankngr but it's been more than 48 hours and nothing yet. The second one was successful though.
