Hi @YotelHQ where's your customer service?? I booked Istanbul airport. Pay at Property in local money clearly stated, but bank was CHARGED PLUS fees!! Emailed hotel, reply after 2 days, now it's been 5 days and NO REFUND. Unacceptable! No other contact than hotel email??

@GoustoSupport your emails have no link to unsubscribe. Bad!! In March I had to waste time contacting support to cancel my details, and today I get a GDPR email, meaning you still store them. How do I get you to DELETE THEM NOW!!! Terrible service + ILLEGAL
